A method of transmitting a control signal using efficient multiplexing is disclosed. The present invention includes the steps of multiplexing a plurality of 1-bit control signals within a prescribed time-frequency domain by code division multiple access (CDMA) and transmitting the multiplexed control signals, wherein a plurality of the 1-hit control signals include a plurality of the 1-bit control signals for a specific transmitting side. Accordingly, reliability on 1-bit control signal transmission can be enhanced. |

1. A method for transmitting acknowledgement/non-acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) information, the method performed by a base station and comprising:
multiplexing multiple ACK/NACKs into an ACK/NACK group by using orthogonal codes, wherein the orthogonal codes distinguish the multiple ACK/NACKs within the ACK/NACK group from each other; and transmitting the ACK/NACK group to a user equipment (UE), through, each of a fixed number of multiple resource sets which are distributed from each other along a frequency axis in a subframe, wherein each of the multiple resource sets occupies a predetermined number of subcarriers and one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, wherein, when one OFDM symbol is used in one subframe for transmitting the ACK/NACK group, the multiple resource sets are distributed within the one OFDM symbol, wherein, when two OFDM symbols are used in one subframe for transmitting the ACK/NACK group, the multiple resource sets are distributed across the two OFDM symbols alternately along the frequency axis, and wherein a same fixed number of multiple resource sets is used for a case when one OFDM symbol is used for transmitting the ACK/NACK group and for a case when two OFDM symbols are used for transmitting the ACK/NACK group. |
