Novel compounds of formula (1), and isomeric and/or tautomeric forms thereof, wherein A is C1-C3 alkylene or C3 alkenylene, each optionally substituted with 1 to 4 C1-C3 alkyl substituents; X is oxygen or a single bond; and R<1> to R<9> are various substituents. Agriculturally useful compositions of these compounds and methods of using the compounds as pre-emergent and/or post-emergent herbicides and plant growth regulators.
