<p>A process is disclosed for obtaining butter from milk or liquid dairy products, as well as an installation for carrying this out. The process involves subjecting the raw material to a frothing process in a vessel (1), after which the froth thus formed is broken up by known means; the operation is repeated until globules of butter are formed, these then being filtered out and consolidated to produce butter and skimmed milk or a liquid skimmed milk product.</p> |
