FILTER FOR THE SEPARATION OF SOLIDS AND LIQUIDS FROM MUDS AND SPECIFICALLY THOSE FROM INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING

Filter (1) for the separation of solids and liquids from muds and other fluids from industrial processing and specifically those from industrial processing having considerable compactness which makes it particularly as compared with other similar filters of the known art. In its preferred embodiment the filter (1) comprises an external container (5) having a side wall (5c) with holes (8) in which is housed a filtering bag (10). The latter comprises in turn a bag (10) of filtering fabric coupled to a drainage screen (15) and a deformable membrane (25). More specifically, this membrane defines in the container (5) a volume (V) which is closed and has dimensions varying in relation to the deformations undergone by the membrane (25) due to water which is pumped inside the volume (V) by conventional means (30). In accordance with a preferred embodiment the membrane (25) is made up of a flexible tube bent into the shape of the letter U and closed at one end (25a).
