The invention relates to a fitting with a connection stub on which an external thread for screwing on a union nut of a pipe connection is mounted and which has a nominal width matched to the pipe connection. In order to be able to use this fitting for different pipe systems, the blank of the fitting for a particular width is designed for several sizes of pipe connection threading.
