The reproducing circuit reproducing the normal voice sound even though the speed of the VCR tape is varied comprises a signal amplification means (10) amplifying the control signal generated by a servo circuit; a clock generator (20) generating the clock signal based on the amplified control signal; a sampling means (30) sampling the voice signal based on the clock signal which varies according to the VCR tape speed; a time constant generator (40) generating the varying charging/discharging signal according to the speed changing signal from the micro-processor; an integrator (50) integrating the sampled data from the sampling means (30) to feed to an automatic level controller (60); an input switching means (70) switching the reproduced voice signal from the magnetic head to the sampling means (30) or the automatic level controller (60).
