PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal transfer recording sheet generating no sticking phenomenon by providing a colorant layer containing a thermal transfer dye to one surface of a base film and a heat-resistant lubricating layer containing three kinds of specific compds. to the other surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Ink prepared by dissolving or dispersing a sublimable or heat- diffusible dye and a binder resin having good heat resistance in a proper solvent is applied to one surface of a base film and dried to form a colorant layer. A thermoplastic resin with a glass transition temp. of 50 deg.C or higher, amino modified silicone oil and carboxy modified silicone oil are dissolved in a proper solvent in a predetermined ratio to prepare a coating soln. for a heat-resistant lubricating layer and this coating soln. is applied to the other surface of the base film and dried to form the heat-resistant lubricating layer to obtain a thermal transfer recording sheet. The modification quantity of modified silicone oil is pref. 1500g or less as an oil wt. containing a modifying group with respect to 1mol of the modifying group. |
