PURPOSE:To integrally bond a function part made of a synthetic resin to the surface of a hard substrate having a through-hole by fixing a part of the function part to the hard substrate through the throughhole. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin filled with 1-5wt.% of at least one or more kind of a filler selected from a group consisting of a fibrous filler, a granular filler and a plate-shaped filler is allowed to flow in a mold having a substrate set thereto as a resin compsn. for forming a function part to be solidified to integrally bond the substrate and the resin function part. Therefore, by specifying the filling amt. of the filler of the resin compsn. for forming the function part and pref. specifying a resin to be used and the melt index thereof, flowability is improved and high mechanical strength is developed. |
