PURPOSE:To attain soft feeling and high strength, and to form wadding possible to form a complex shape with a uniform density. CONSTITUTION:A take-out receiving frame 13 whose movable core 14 freely moving backward is arranged, and on which a through-hole 13a and a lot of suction holes 13b are formed, is provided on one end side of a molding flask 12. A take-out compression upper die 41 compressing a raw material by projecting and moving in the molding flask by a jack 42 for compression, and a raw material supply part 4 supplying a raw material M into the molding flask 12, are provided. A jack for retracting the core, which retracts the movable core 14 by linking to the jack 42 for compression, is provided. Further, an air nozzle 38 blowing air for stirring into the molding flask 12 at the time of supply of the raw material to the raw material supply part 4, is provided. A vacuum container 15 sucking air of the molding flask 12 through a sucking hole 13b at the time of supply of the raw material, is arranged on the lower part of the take-out receiving frame 13. Consequently, a uniform supply of the raw material and a uniform density in parts with different thicknesses, are made possible. |
