DYNAMIC MEMORY BUFFER ALLOCATION SYSTEM ON LOCAL NETWORK

The method needs to allocate dynamically memory buffers in kernel routine at a receiver for system calls to use UDP/IP protocol for communication among hosts on LAN. The method comprises the first step to get a head table of memory buffers (5-1 to 5-n) through a receiver buffer (3) in a socket (1), the second step to examine size of data from the table and to allocate the needed buffers among memory buffers (11-1 to 11-n) or disk buffers (13-1 to 13-n), the third step to copy the data into the allocated buffers in the uio area (7), and if there exists the remaining data, the step to repeat the second step.
