A process for forming electronically a so-called synchronized time average of the signal from a pick-up 4 measuring process variations, which signal is formed by utilization of the pulses from a clock pulse generator measuring the rotation of the monitored device, and an electrical device 7, 8, 9, 10 according to the process, by means of which a synchronized time average can be formed and by means of which the operativeness and working of the various rotary machine parts of the industrial processes, and their effect upon the process, is monitored. <IMAGE>
