PURPOSE:To shorten the extracting time and surely extract coffee in a drip type coffee extractor having a water storage tank. CONSTITUTION:The outlet 36a of a circulation path 36 is positioned at the lower section to accelerate stirring by convection at the time of circulation for heating the water in a water storage tank 31. The temperature difference between the upper section and the lower section is very small, and the time to reach the set temperature can be shortened. A hot-water temperature detector 52 constituted of a shape memory element closes the valve element 49 of the circulation path 36 in response to the arrival at the set temperature, and it switches the flow of hot water to a hot-water guide path to an extractor. |
