<p>PURPOSE:To ensure that a high-density and a miniaturized print pattern can be adequately prepared by selecting between a set of blades alternately in a single round of cleaning use so that a residual printing material scraped off by the blade is absorbed and transported, and applying a solvent to a screen plate and the accumulated residue in advance to the movement of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning device is horizontally moved in a suction pipe direction 17 by activation of a horizontal drive mechanism. At the same time, a suction device 24 connected to the pipe 17 is activated. The tip of the blade 4 during its movement is always in contact with the lower surface of a screen plate 22, so that a residual cream solder sticking to the lower surface of the plate 22 is scraped off by the blade 4, and is stored through the pipe 17 by an air pressure in the suction device 24. In addition, a residual solder sticking to the inner surface of a pattern 25 is stored by an air pressure in the suction device 24 in advance to the passage of a blade 4. If the cleaning device reaches a specified position with a concurrent cleaning action, the horizontal drive mechanism and the suction device 24 suspend their operation temporarily, and the cleaning device comes to a transient stop.</p> |
