PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic slurry compsn. having low residual carbon and high dispersibility which causes no gelation. CONSTITUTION:This ceramic slurry compsn. is obtd. by mixing a ceramic source powder with a binder soln. This binder soln. contains a binder comprising a polymer obtd. by copolymerizing the following monomers. These monomers are at least one kind of monomer selected from alkyl ester methacrylates having alkyl groups of 1-4 carbon number, at least one monomer selected from alkyl ester acrylates having alkyl groups of 1-4 carbon number, and at least one kind of monomer selected from methacylates or acrylates having at least one alkylene oxide group in alkyl groups. |
