PURPOSE: To provide a novel technetium and rhenium combinable bivalent hapten usable for an in-vivo diagnostic and remedial kit. CONSTITUTION: The two hydrophilic haptens expressed by formula I (X is H, a protective group useful for protecting the effect of thiol against oxidation; R1 to R3 are the side chains of amino acid; H1 and H2 are the hydrophilic haptens) and their derivatives contg. potentially effector type groups as well as their salts; for example, S-acetyl-mercaptoacetyl-glycyl-glycyl-glycyl- N-ε-(histamine-succinyl-glycl)-lysyl-D-tyrosyl-N-ε-(histamine-succinyl-glycl)- lysineamide. The compd. of the formula I is obtd. by bringing the thiomethyl deriv. of formula II [M is a desorption group; R is R'CO (R' is alkyl, phenyl, etc.)] into reaction with the peptide deriv. of formula III. The kit and immune reagent are obtd. by incorporated this novel hapten peptide therein.
