<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent damage of a received object in a pipe by cutting the pipe bitten with a cutter blade by contracting a circular ring diameter in a cutter main unit part, so that a biting amount of the cutter blade into the pipe is surely controlled. CONSTITUTION:In a condition that a ratchet outer 13 is removed, a cutter main unit part and a ratchet inner 12, integrally formed with this cutter main unit part, are first set to a pipe. Next by wrapping the ratchet outer 13 in a condition that the ratchet 13 is opened, around the periphery of the ratchet inner 12, and last an operating lever 24 is mounted on the ratchet outer 13, to complete setting. Cutting operation is performed in such a manner that by operating the operating lever 24 swiveled, a tightening bolt is gradually tightened while rotating the cutter main unit with the ratchet inner 12 along the pipe.</p> |
