PURPOSE:To accomplish perforating finish for a hole of a material to by worked, which is previously perforated by machining with good accuracy using a cemented carbide ball. CONSTITUTION:A perforating finishing device comprises a slide bearer 5 for moving a material to be worked, a ball push part 6 disposed above the slide bearer 5 for pushing a cemented carbide ball into a hole through a rod, a chute 7 disposed adjacent to the slide bearer 5 to guide the cemented carbide ball to a ball feeder 8, and a lubricating oil pan 9 which is positioned above the chute 7 and installed with a gradient on the ball push part 6 for making a lubricating oil adhere to the cemented carbide ball, wherein the cemented carbide ball is circulated to perforating-finish a material to be worked with good accuracy. |
