PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting of an airbag in the inside of an automobile on a support structural part without damage to a cover and a shearing member. CONSTITUTION: First and second hinge members 16, 17 have support members 31, 22, these support members are devised to be engaged with each other when a cover panel 12 is at a closing position, a shearing member 21 is arranged on the one hinge member 16, engaged with a web part 23 of the other hinge member 17, holds the cover panel 12 at the closing position, furthermore, sheared by a load applied to the cover panel at the time of expansion of an air bag, and consequently, the cover panel revolves to an opening position and the air bag expands. |
