发明名称 TIME SERIES IMAGE DATA PROCESSING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently analyze brain function by automatically extracting the concerned region of a time series image on the basis of the shape of the internal organs constituting an examinee and the kind of the external stimulation applied to the examinee. CONSTITUTION:The reference data having the data of a brain function distribution drawing is preliminarily inputted to a data base and the brain function distribution of imaging data is calculated from the previously grasped length and width of a photographed image and the positions of fissure longitudinals cerebri and grooves. Next, a region observing a signal change is indicated from the brain function distribution diagram and the kind of external stimulation. When the motion of the fingers of the right hand is performed as external stimulation, a left brain motor area and a left brain premotor area are considered as areas to be activated and, therefore, the concerned area is set to these two areas. Subsequently, the value of the signal intensity of the time series image displayed as a graph is displayed on a screen as the average value of the signal intensity of the time series image and the signal intensities before and behind one time series image or two or more time series images.
