<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of occlusion with mating teeth and dental adjustment in the final mounting. CONSTITUTION:A universal pier screw 5 is provided with a spherical head part 6 for building a crown. A mounting hole 5 is provided so as to fit a crown 8 into the spherical head part 6 free to tilt. An adhesive 12 which is adapted to become elastic after adhesion is filled in a gap between the spherical head part 6 and the mounting hole 9. While the adhesive 12 is solidified, contact state in the occlusion between the crown 8 and a mating tooth and a dental arch are checked to allow adjustment at a cusp fitting position harmonized. A dental function depending on the adhesive 12 allows better buffering with respect to external stimulation.</p> |
