ARTICLE MOLDED BY USING WASTE OF MULTI-LAYER RESIN MOLDED PIECE

PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article superior in surface smoothness, wear resistance, and self-lubricating properties by blow molding the article by using a waste of a multi-layer resin blow molded piece for a car fuel tank, etc. CONSTITUTION:An article is blow molded by using a thermoplastic resin containing a material, obtained by regenerating a waste of a molded piece produced as a car fuel tank and containing a high-molecular high-density polyethylene (HMHDPE) and a polyamide(PA), and having an HMHDPE/PA weight ratio of 1/30 to 1/10. In addition, the ratio of the waste to the thermoplastic resin in use is not less than 70wt.%. A part substantially forming a spherical surface is not less than 50% of both end spherical parts. The radius of the spherical surface is 1 to 3 times larger than the radius of a cylindrical part.
