PURPOSE: To reduce the problem of attrition by increasing the strength of threaded parts of an apparatus simultaneously with the clearance of the motion between screws. CONSTITUTION: An artificial prosthetic implantation piece adjustable in length used for surgical implantation to a human body is composed of stem 12 having male screw portion 14 comprising spiral thread 16 and extending in axial direction; stem-fixing means for fixing stem 12 to bone; implantation body 22 housing stem 12 having female screw 24 comprising spiral wedge-shaped ramp 48 that can be mated with male screw portion 14 and engage with thread 16 of male screw portion 14; body-fixing means for fixing implantation body 22; and fixing means 50 for distributing pressure homogeneously by pushing thread 16 for fixing stem 12 to implantation body 22 to be in touch with wedge-shaped ramp 48.
