PURPOSE:To produce a synthetic resin container excellent in strength, tenacity, heat insulating properties and having a smooth inner surface extremely good in touch. CONSTITUTION:An inner surface layer material 8 preliminarily molded from a PMMA resin sheet by thermoforming is fitted to the male mold 9 of a mold 11 and a molten synthetic resin P is poured into the female mold 10 of the mold 11 and, thereafter, the molds 9, 10 are clamped to spread the resin P in the cavity 13 of the mold 11. Subsequently, the male mold 9 is moved upwardly while compressed gas is injected into the cavity from the injection port 12 of the female mold 10 to expand the volume of the cavity 13 to form a cavity in the resin P and the resin P is bonded to the entire inner surface of the cavity 13 under pressure and cooled and solidified while the inner pressure due to compressed gas is held. |
