PURPOSE:To provide a channeled cover type endoscope system capable of selectively using a treatment tool erection device suitable for the purpose and reducing the diameter at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:This channeled cover type endoscope system is provided with a covered endoscope 4 and the endoscope cover side to be inserted with the insertion section 12 of the covered endoscope 4, and the endoscope cover side has the first insertion section cover section 18A and the second insertion section cover section 18B for selective use. The first insertion section cover section 18A has a treatment tool erection mechanism erecting a treatment tool with a wire tension system, the second insertion section cover section 18B has a treatment tool erection mechanism erecting a treatment tool when a balloon is expanded by the fluid pressure, and they can be selectively used according to the treatment tool or the like to be used. |
