PURPOSE: To prevent the plugging of the nozzle of a water jet pump transporting a granular material via a pressure liquid or easily remove the plugging when it occurs. CONSTITUTION: The driving water flowing into a casing 16 via a driving water inflow pipe is spouted from a horizontal nozzle 7 to transport a granular material. A cleaning rod 18 insertable into the injection port of the nozzle 7 is arranged on the back side of the nozzle 7, and means 20, 21 moving the cleaning rod 18 back and forth are provided on the rear end side of the cleaning rod 18 in this water jet pump 15. |
