Gas-introduction hose

A perforated gas-introduction hose is described which is made of a resilient material and, incorporated into the resilient material, a fabric of fabric threads (3) which are wrapped counterclockwise and/or clockwise around the hose axis A. Such gas-introduction hoses are used for example for introducing technical-grade oxygen into water or waste water. In order to be able to operate the gas-introduction hose even at low gas pressure, it is proposed to introduce between the hose inner surface (1) and hose outer surface (2) a fabric inlay having an inlay angle alpha of less than 54.7 DEG . The inlay angle alpha is the angle which is formed by the hose axis (A) and the fabric threads (3) intersecting the hose axis (A) in projection. At an inlay angle alpha of less than 54.7 DEG , the radial force FR acting on the fabric threads (3) is less than the axial force FA. The equilibrium state is restored if the radial force FR is greater, i.e. if the gas-introduction hose expands somewhat. The invention enables the gas to be able to flow out into the water or waste water at a low orifice pressure.
