A solid electrolytic capacitor assembly part has a pair of capacitor elements 1, 2, a diode pair 6, 7 which is connected to the capacitor elements 1, 2, a connecting lead pair 4, 5 which is connected to the capacitor elements 1, 2 and to the diode pair 6, 7, and a synthetic-resin housing 14 which encloses the capacitor elements 1, 2, the diodes 6, 7 and parts of the connecting leads 4, 5. The connecting leads 4, 5 can be connected replaceably to a positive and a negative electrode of a circuit. In one wiring state, a current flows through one of the diodes 6, 7 to a capacitor element 1, 2. In the other wiring state, a current flows only through the other diode to another capacitor element. In this way, the capacitor is not polarised and it can thus be installed without having to pay attention to the polarity. <IMAGE>
