The invention relates to a nappy pants liner for boilwash-resistant nappy pants in the form of cut-to-size pieces of a binder-free web containing portions of hydrophilic and hydrophobic staple fibres opened-out and parallelised by roller-card treatment, and is suitable in particular for repeated use. A boilwash-resistant nappy pants liner according to the invention is manufactured in the form of cut-to-size pieces of a binder-free web containing portions of hydrophilic and hydrophobic staple fibres opened-out and parallelised by roller-card treatment, said web having a basis weight between 200 and 1800 g/m<2> and having been mechanically consolidated. The hydrophobic constituent of the web is a texturised polymer fibre and it is present in the web in a proportion between 20 and 50%, while the hydrophilic constituent is formed by a cellulose fibre.
