Sequences specific for human DNA

摘要

Nucleotide sequences which can be used for the species-specific detection of human nucleic acids. The oligonucleotides are derived from parts of the human cytoplasmic beta -actin gene which are not conserved in respect of other human actins or other species. Methods for using the oligonucleotides as internal controls and controls for sample integrity in nucleic acid amplification reactions are also provided.
