摘要 In order to determine the relative positioning of two components with respect to one another, use is made of optical methods in which light points are projected onto measuring surfaces. Altered positions give rise to altered points of incidence (impingement) on this measuring surface. A multiple arrangement of optical methods of the type set forth is required to determine position with reference to a plurality of degrees of freedom. The position sensors to be used in this regard require a high outlay for the evaluation and are also time intensive when 2D-CCD sensors are used. The novel method is intended to reduce the outlay on sensors required and to permit a simple possibility of evaluation for the sensors. In the method, a specific shape of the light point (51) to be used is introduced. When a line sensor (50) is used, the special properties of the light point (51) permit two-dimensional determination of the position on the measuring surface (xy plane) where the light point (50) is incident. In a further embodiment having a CCD line sensor (50) simple signal processing can be carried out using a comparator and digital counters. The method can be used generally for measurement tasks which can be reduced to positioning two components relative to one another. <IMAGE>
