The apparatus supervises the transmitting output of the handset continuously with a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) to control the output level so that the interference between the handsets is prevented as well as the power saving. The apparatus includes a power level controller providing the power level controlled output, micro-computers providing the power level data to the controller and the RF amplifier, and timers preventing the variation of the power level and identifying the performance.
