The proposal is for a pedal cycle with a multi-part frame, a front wheel (19) being attached to a first frame part (10) and at least one rear wheel (30, 31) being attached to a second frame part (11). For the purpose of changing the length of the pedal cycle, the first and the second frame parts (10, 11) are designed such that they can be slid into one another in the manner of a telescope, so that the pedal cycle as a whole can be brought, by pushing together, into a form which requires little space and in which it can easily be accommodated in a boot or can be carried. <IMAGE>
