PURPOSE: To provide a cable duct binder which can be formed easily and can sustain a welding seam sufficiently tightly for an ordinary load. CONSTITUTION: The cable duct binder comprising a plurality of resin tubes can be bound by a plastic binding stripe formed integrally while extending in the longitudinal direction and can form a simple binder having two thermoplastic resin tubes 2 at the opposite outer ends upon when it is unbound wherein a rib 5 for sealing the gap between resin tubes 2 to be bound is formed integrally on the outer resin tube. Both duct sealing ribs 5 of the binder face each other and coupled each other through fusion by means of a welding seam 6 extending in the longitudinal direction.
