<p>PURPOSE:To enable the bulk control of a die casting machine providing an exclusive micro-computer together with a controller for controlling a die casting line. CONSTITUTION:A product number information stored in a product number information data base 23 and a sequential planning file 24 and the information related to the sequential plan are given to a personal computer 31b for control through a network. A production condition peculia to the product is specified with the personal computer 31b for control, and working references are indicated to the exclusive micro-computer 53 and the controller 55 for controlling the line. The exclusive micro-computer 53 indicates the working references (injection velocity, pressurizing time, die clamping force, casting pressure, etc.) to the die casting machine body 81. The controller 55 indicates the working references (solidifying time, injection return-back time, taking-out time, core insert and return-back sequence, etc.) to a product taking-out device, etc., in the line 54. The personal computer 31b for control grasps the condition of the die casting machine body 81 through the exclusive micro-computer 53 and also, grasps the operating condition, etc., in the line 54 through the controller 55.</p> |
