PURPOSE:To provide a solid electrolytic fuel cell with good connecting state between solid electrolyte and electrode which is excellent in generating characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A fuel side electrode 2 and an air side electrode 3 are provided on the surface and reverse surface of a solid electrolyte 1, respectively. The shrinkage ratio alpha1 when the fuel side electrode 2 is baked alone is larger than the shrinkage ratio alpha2 when the solid electrolyte 1 is baked alone by 0.5-1.5%. A material mainly containing stabilized zirconium oxide is used as the solid electrolyte 1, and a material mainly containing a mixture of zirconium oxide and nickel oxide as the fuel side electrode 2. |
