PURPOSE:To realize the comfortableness of an inhabitant and to save energy by a method wherein the contamination of the air inside a room is discriminated and quantitized and a ventilation and air purification apparatus is operated efficiently. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of the output of a sensor 1 which detects the contamination of the air inside a room, a cleanliness level which corresponds to a sensor signal of the open air and a background level which corresponds to a background inside a room are found by a cleanliness-level operation means 2 and a background-level operation means 3. They are used as reference values, a sensor output is compared with the reference values by a contamination- amount operation means A 4 and a contamination-amount operation means B 4, and respective contamination amounts are found and output to the outside by an output means 6. Since the contamination existing as a peculiar background inside a room to be installed can be measured, the contamination state and the contamination amount of the air corresponding to the sense of an inhabitant can be detected, and a ventilation and air purification apparatus is operated effectively so as to make comfortableness and energy-saving compatible. |
