PURPOSE:To provide a production process for polyurethane resin moldings with reduced operations in the molding process and increased productivity. CONSTITUTION:When a mold is previously coated wit an outer releasing agent on its cavity faces and a reactive mixture containing polyisocyanate, polyol, a crosslinking agent, a catalyst, and an inner releasing agent, when needed, a foaming agent and an auxiliary are introduced into the mold to give a polyurethane molded product, the inner releasing agent is composed of 0.5 to 5 pts.wt. of zinc stearate per 100 pts.wt. of the polyol and equimolar or more amounts, but within the range of 1 to 10 pts.wt. of polyoxypropylenepolyamine, polyoxyethylenepolyamine, isophoronediamine or 1,8-diamino-p-menthane. |
