PURPOSE:To provide the combustion controller of an inter-cylinder injection type two-cycle engine capable of improving combustion stability in its medium speed rotation and middle load range. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust butterfly valve 45 which can vary a passage area inside an exhaust passage 38 is provided, and an ECU(electronic control unit) 50 for controlling the variable valve 45 for fully closing the opening in medium speed rotation and low middle load range and fully opening the opening in the high load range is provided in a two-cycle engine equipped with an inter- cylinder injection valve 48.
