PURPOSE:To provide a solar battery module which is not deteriorated in photoelectric conversion function and can exert a stable performance even under a high-humidity condition and, at the same time, with light receiving surface excellent in resistance to scuffing. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving surface side of a photovoltaic element 103 is successively coated with a transparent organic high polymer layer 102 and fluoride copolymer layer 107. In the layer 102, a transparent moisture barrier film composed of a high polymer film 104 with a transparent inorganic insulating thin film 105 on its surface is provided. |
