PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and durability of a solar battery by successively piling up and curing each conductive paste forming a laminated grid electrode so that each paste can be cured to the state before its gel point and the uppermost paste can be cured to the state after the gel point. CONSTITUTION:This battery is composed of a semiconductor layer having at least one pair of pin or p-n junctions, transparent upper electrode 106 formed on the light-incident side surface of the semiconductor layer, and a plurality of grid electrodes 107 and 108 formed on the electrode 106. Each layer of the plurality of conductive layers is formed by piling up and curing each conductive paste containing a high polymer resin binder. A first conductive layer 107 on the upper electrode 106 to the conductive layer just below the uppermost layer 108 are formed by curing each conductive paste to the state before its gel point and the layer 108 is formed by curing the paste to the state after the gel point. |
