PURPOSE:To make the fusibility of a laminating interface excellent and to prevent the burning or scorching of a resin in the case of high speed molding. CONSTITUTION:A sheet like fiber composite A1 is allowed to advance on a mandrel 2 while tape like fiber composites B, C are spirally wound around the outer periphery of the composite A1 to mold a three-layered pipe A4. The tape like fiber composites B, C used at this time have a fusing resin layer having fine unevenness formed to the surface thereof. Even when heating temp. is raised at the time of the heating of the laminating surfaces of the tape like fiber composites performed immediately before winding in order to increase the winding speed of the tape like fiber composites, the parts near to a heat source of the composites are melted to be fused and activated and the entire surfaces of the composites are not fused. Therefore, the trouble due to the overheating of the tape like fiber composites is not generated. |
