PURPOSE:To contrive to optimize a motor drive by setting the drive frequency in an oscillatory wave motor to the optimum frequency. CONSTITUTION:The frequency of a cycle voltage applied to an oscillatory-wave motor is once scanned within a predetermined range. the driven state of the motor at the time of the scan is detected, the optimum frequency is determined according to the driven state of the motor detected in the scan and a motor drive is conducted at the optimum frequency after the scan. |
