PURPOSE:To make singing possible based upon optimum performance data corresponding to music and singing based upon a desired playing method by enabling plural performance data generating means to be selected only by designating the desired music to be played. CONSTITUTION:A slave CPU 28 displays a music selection number on a display means 22 corresponding to a key inputted from the ten-key 30a of a key input means 30 and determines the designation of music by the operation of a music selection key 30b. Further, on the basis of either performance data stored in a central device 2 or performance data stored in the KARAOKE playing device 8 the designation that the music is reproduced is possible from a designation key 30c of the key input means 30 and a specific process stored in a ROM in the slave CPU 28 is performed according to the specification. Then a speech output control means 36 selects one of a KARAOKE speech signal sent from a musical sound converting means 34 by converting the performance data in the central device 2 into analog data and a KARAOKE speech signal supplied from a KARAOKE playing device 8 and outputs it to an audio amplifier 38. |
