FILLER FOR DEPROTEINIZATION AND CARTRIDGE FILLED WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE:To provide a filler for removing protein disturbing the determination at the time of determining a desired component in the analysis of biological sample or the like and a cartridge filled therewith. CONSTITUTION:This filler is a three-dimensional meshlike aggregate of a hydroxyapatite fiber and is 0.02-0.08Xm in average pore radius, 25-65m<2>/g in specific surface area and 1-30Xm in average particle diameter. This cartridge is filled with this filler. This filler is obtained by allowing anhydrous calcium secondary phosphate to react with alkali in 20-60% slurry concn.
