PURPOSE:To provide the satellite/land integrated mobile communication system for enabling access from a dual mode terminal to a satellite mobile communication system even when the dual mode terminal exists inside the service area of a cellular land mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION:The network of the cellular land mobile communication system and the network of the satellite mobile communication system are connected each other, the use conditions of a satellite radio line are periodically reported from the satellite mobile communication system to the cellular land mobile communication system, when a cellular radio line or a land line is just congested, the cellular land mobile communication system receiving the report reports an idle satellite radio line number to the dual mode terminal by utilizing the report channel of a cellular base station, and the dual mode terminal receiving that information performs communication through the satellite mobile communication system by utilizing the idle satellite radio line.
