PURPOSE:To prevent foam-like ozone from flowing from an ozone-dissolving tank to a water tank and prevent stain, etc., of an ozone generator by attaching a catalyst in the upper part of the ozone dissolving tank and feeding ozone through a filter into the dissolving tank. CONSTITUTION:Ozone generated in an ozone generator 18 is diffused from an air diffusing pipe 23 attached to U-shaped pipe 19 through a filter 20 into water in an ozone-dissolving tank 25. Ozone which was not dissolved is changed to oxygen by a catalyst 21 in the upper part of the dissolving tank and discharged to the outside and only ozone water is fed to a water tank 26 so as not to feed dust or moisture to the ozone generator. |
