PURPOSE:To prevent an active element from being deteriorated even if the element is irradiated with light when produced. CONSTITUTION:When a photopolymerizable resin in a mixture injected into a cell is cured, TFT 2 is not irradiated with light since the TFT 2 is covered with a photomask 5, a light-shielding layer or another light-shielding layer. Meanwhile, an aligning marker is formed on the photomask 5 and a substrate, and the photomask and substrate 5 are aligned based on the marker. Especially, when one of the markers is drawn out of a part of the other, both markers are superimposed on each other without any clearance in between, and the photomask 5 is precisely aligned with the substrate. |
