PURPOSE: To form an image having a high optical density by incorporating a coating composition containing a nonionic cellulose component selected from the group consisting of a mixture of nonionic celluloses, ionic celluloses and poly(alkylene oxide) and the like. CONSTITUTION: The transparency comprises a coating composition containing a noncellulosic component selected from the group consisting of nonionic celluloses or blends thereof, ionic celluloses or blends thereof, poly(alkylene oxide), and poly(imidazoline)quaternized, poly(N,N-dialkyl-dialkylene piperidinium halide), poly(acrylamido alkyl propane sulfonic acid), and mixtures thereof and a supporting substrate. This is used for receiving and containing an image. Accordingly, a total object xerography having the coating which is compatible with a toner composition selected for development can be obtained. |
