<p>PURPOSE:To provide a wear-resistant multi-colored shoe sole whose side touching the ground has a colorful pattern in which color boundaries are clear and colors are randomly arranged with a simple method. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized color molded sheet-like rubber pieces 11, 11,... containing dien rubber and polynorbornene as major ingredients are prepared. Dien rubber sheet 12 with a different color thicker than the unvulcanized rubber pieces 11, 11,... is prepared. The rubber pieces 11, 11,... are distributed on the bottom of a mold 2. Dien unvulcanized rubber sheet 12 is placed on it to be heated and pressed. The unvulcanized rubber pieces 11, 11,... and unvulcanized rubber sheet 12 are vulcanized to combine together.</p> |
