<p>PURPOSE:To readily generate a production plan by providing a generating means automatically generating the production plan so that the continued preceding and succeeding process departments are not overlapped based on the various data stored in a memory means when the data on the calculation mode and the planned start time are inputted. CONSTITUTION:An input device 26 such as a keyboard or a mouse, a display device 27, and an external memory device 28 such as a HD device or a FD device are connected to a computer 20 via input/output ports respectively. The data required to generate a production plan such as the calculation mode for the production plan and the planned start time are inputted from the input device 26. The department information, work load information, received order information, and production plan information is stored in the external memory device 28. A production plan is generated in a CPU 21 along the sequence of the continued preceding and succeeding process departments so that they are not overlapped based on the input data from the input device 26 and the data stored in the external memory device 28, and the generated production plan is displayed on the display device 27.</p> |
